For Cisco Consulting and Telecommunications Consultant, we select an incident resolution technician.

Its main functions will be:

- Customized customer service
- Resolution technical incidents of clients (Windows Systems, VMWare and Cisco Networks).
- Issue management supported by the manufacturer (English)
- Monitoring and escalation of cases at level 3
- Proactively assess risks, deviations and quality, providing solutions to problems.
- Coordination of on-site maintenance actions
- Collaborate with the technical team in implementations and deployments of virtualization projects, VDI, networks, VPN, firewalls, IP telephony, among others.

Minimum studies
- Technical training (GS or Engineering) in Telecommunications.
- Technical training (GS or Engineering) in Computer Science.
Minimum experience
- Excellent knowledge and minimum experience of 2 years in managing Microsoft environments: Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc ...
- Experience in diagnosing incidents.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 environments.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in VMware vSphere environment management.
- Knowledge of microinformatics hardware and software at the user level and user equipment manager.
- Knowledge of configuration of Cisco equipment: switches, routers, wifi access points.
- Extensive knowledge of TCP / IP networks.
- Languages (spoken and written): Catalan, Spanish and English.
- Good communication and vocation of service.
