Offer description
We select a Receptionist for an important business center located in Barcelona.
The person will report directly to the Center Manager of the Business Center.

Your functions will be:
- Reception and attention of the visits.
- Direct relationship with customers, anticipating their needs.
- Organization, assembly and supervision of the rooms for events (catering, audiovisual equipment ...).
- Organization and internal operation of the Business Center (maintenance of facilities, orders of office equipment, problem solving when they arise ...).
- Drafting and preparation of reports and reports both internal and to customers.
- Coordination of the agenda of room reservations.
- Internal communication, web content management and the intranet.
- Training of the team of Receptionists who join the team.

Minimum studies
University degree in ADE, Tourism or similar.
Minimum experience
3 years minimum experience as Office Manager with extensive experience in customer service and team management.
Minimum languages
Advanced level of English, Catalan and Spanish.
Assessable requirements
Persona muy dinámica y polivalente, con alta capacidad resolutiva y orientado al detalle.
Alto nivel de interlocución, fuerte orientación al cliente.
Dominio en la gestión de llamadas con centralita telefónica, experiencia contrastada.
Conocimiento en el funcionamiento de un rack de telecomunicaciones.
Dominio paquete Office y programa de facturación.
