For a major company that offers medical device solutions located in the Vallés Occidental, requires a HR & Legal Officer.

What are we looking for?
- Take active part in the recruiting process as well as take care of drafting, scanning, and filing the hiring documents.
- Participate in the design and follow up of the HR policies.
- Support regarding any aspect referred to People Management.
- Join and collaborate in any activity or project regarding employees engagement and talent management.
- Cooperate with the Labour Risk Prevention management.
- Analyse information and documents for missing data and complete missing items.
- Draft various standard and non-standard agreements such as: amendments, initial contract builds, correspondence, and maintain associated database.
- Track and monitor the status of contracts.
- Filter and answer incoming email requests/questions to the HR & Legal Team.
- Support for the IP and Brands procedures.
- Provide HR/legal support to the internal clients and to coordinate the answers of the payroll/legal advisors abroad.
- Maintain filing system (HR & Legal).

Which skills and experience are needed to success in this position?
- Relevant degree in Law, Employment Relationships or similar.
- 2 years experience as a HR & Legal Assistant/HRBP/Paralegal in a law firm or a Corporate Human Resources Environment.
- Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Good command in French will be a plus.
