Offer description
For important Consultancy del Vallés Occidental, we selected a Payroll Management Technician for the labor management department.

Depending on the person in charge of the Labor Department, its main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Complete management of the payroll process, variable management, management of TC1 / TC2 contribution bulletins (RED and Siltra System), IRPF settlement Mod. 111 / 190 and movements in SS (RED System).
- Calculation of payrolls of personnel and control of the complete process of the same.
- Registration and processing of the incidents of the employees / workers of Clients (IT's, payroll incidents, ...) in order to ensure adequate monitoring and control.
- Preparation of settlements, management of payroll incidents, calculation of personal income tax and arrears.
- Realization of employment contracts, registrations, terminations, letters of cessation, communication of IT's by RED System, control of extensions and expiration of temporary contracts.
- Income Tax IRPF 111,190. - Management of subsidies and Social Security bonuses.
- Realization of reports and cost analysis.
- Social Security procedures through the Social Security Electronic Headquarters (Transfers of workers abroad, Autonomous, Domestic Employees, Direct IT Payments, etc.).

Minimum studies
- University degree, preferably in Labor Relations and / or similar.
- Higher Degree Training in Administration and Finance.
Minimum experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Labor Technician or similar in Consulting and / or Business Assessor.
- Accustomed to interpret and manage different collective agreements.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: native.
- Native Spanish.
