Head of NOC

For important Telecommunications company, we selected a Head of NOC to work a mobile operator in Equatorial Guinea.

Its functions will be:
- Plan and approve, define the implementation and maintenance of the main operating processes corresponding to the life cycle of the services offered by the NOC, coordinated to all the different work teams operating in a unified manner, evaluate their performance, ensuring that the defined functional models and the policies edited for the organization are complied with in accordance with established standard procedures
- Perform escalation, communication and monitoring of critical failures from end to end to ensure their resolution in the shortest possible time, establishing and managing protocols for action and compliance with service level agreements
