Offer description
For the family industry of the processed meat sector of the Osona region, we selected a food quality technician.

Its main functions and responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for quality management systems, environment, food safety and IFS standard.
- Promote Corrective Actions and / or Preventive Actions in order to reduce or minimize the incidents or claims of the client.
- Conducting internal audits.
- Management of non-conformities of clients, internal and by the Official Veterinary Service and application of the corresponding corrective measures.
- Preparation of documentation for export to third countries and preparation of the corresponding audits.
- Coordination with different managers and with HR for initial training.
- Waste management and quarterly declarations of the same, among others.

Minimum studies
- University degree in Food Science and Technology, Biology, Chemistry or similar.
Minimum experience

- Catalan: native. - Native Spanish.
