Offer description
For a company in the telecommunications sector (telephony and fiber optic), leader in central Catalonia, we selected a responsible for new point of sale and customer service in Girona.
Its main tasks and functions will be:
- Advice and sale of the company's products and services.
- Customer service and resolution of incidents.
- Ensure the maintenance, order and good image of the store.
- Control of stock, inventories, boxes and other tasks related to the proper functioning of the point of sale.

Minimum studies
- Higher Degree Training Course in Sales Management and Commercial Spaces.
- Higher Degree Training in Marketing and Advertising.
- Higher Degree Training Cycle in Telecommunication and Computer Systems.
- Middle Level Training in Commercial Activities.
- Formative Cycle of Average Degree in Commerce and Marketing.
Minimum experience
- Experience of at least 1 year in the sale of telephony products, both mobile and fiber optic, will be positively valued.
- Experience as Store Manager will be valued, preferably in the telephony and / or telecommunications sector.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: Native (essential).
- Spanish: Advanced.
Assessable requirements
- Con residencia en la ciudad de Girona y/o alrededores.
- Se valorarán positivamente los conocimientos del sector telefonía y/o fibra óptica.
- Perfil claramente comercial, con capacidad y habilidades para desarrollar las tareas administrativas y de gestión propias del puesto de trabajo.
