For important company of the industrial sector, located in the Girona region, we selected a production director. Directly reporting management, its main mission will be to ensure the correct compliance of production according to the parameters of quality, shrinkage and standardization.
Its main functions are: - Production planning according to the agreed timing and compliance with it. - Supervise compliance with legal regulations in terms of quality, safety and hygiene. - Coordination with maintenance, quality and logistics departments. - Leadership of the team and distribution and supervision of the work load according to manufacturing. - Management of incidents and/or breakdowns that may arise in the production line and with the work teams. - Control of the costs and performance of the facilities and the personnel in charge. - Proposals for improvement and optimization.

Minimum studies
- Higher education.
- Complementary training in production processes will be evaluated.
Minimum experience
