Its tasks and functions will be as follows: - Execution of the department's strategy and policy, in accordance with the guidelines of the General Directorate. - Guarantee the Food Safety of the products. - Management of the areas of the Department (APPCC's, Laboratory, Control of production, hygiene records). - Management of the personnel of the Quality and Hygiene Department. - Planning of the functions of the microbiological laboratory. - Guarantee the quality standards and the requirements of the clients (claims, technical specifications, labeling ...). - Guarantee the maintenance of the certification systems (ISO, IFS). - Management of waste generated by the company. - Management of the Quality Area budget.

Minimum studies
- Bachelor / Degree in Food Science and Technology.
The Master in Systems of Quality and / or Food Security and updated information in ISO, BRC and IFS will be positively valued.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 10 years in the food sector, developing similar functions and leading a department of quality in complex environments of food safety and with a product of short useful life (fresh products and 5a gamma).
