For the company of the food sector Frit Ravich, located in Maçanet de la Selva, we selected a Project and Process Management Coordinafor, to be in charge of the coordination of projects in the commercial and marketing area and of the layout and simplification of their processes. Reporting directly to the IT direction, one of its objectives will also be to make the link between the business and technology area, with the aim of achieving the successful implementation of digital transformation projects.
Its main functions are: - Coordinate and lead the execution of transversal projects. - Accompany the project leaders with their management and monitoring. - Know how to identify the appropriate methodology for each project and accompany/train the team members. - Help define KPIs to measure success in the execution of projects. - Diagram the key processes for their subsequent analysis, improvement, digitization and/or simplification. - Propose opportunities for improvement. - Train key users in new processes. - Functional analysis of management tools.
It requires: - Experience in the management of processes and projects. - Knowledge of commercial processes and/or marketing. - Knowledge in diagramming business processes. - Orientation to people. - Capacity for teamwork and co-creation. - Capacity for creativity and innovation. - Management and planning capacity.
