Offer description
For industrial group of the automotive sector (supplier TIER 2), specialists in high added value processes for the integral treatment of sheet metal with activity of production of parts and metal assemblies through processes of cutting, stamping, bending, stuffing , riveting and welding, we selected a Director of Quality and Environment, who reporting to the General Management must assume the following functions and responsibilities:

- Preparation of PPAP documentation.
- Solve quality problems with finished parts and the raw material (causal analysis).
- Control of preventive and corrective actions.
- Contact clients and suppliers to manage quality issues.
- Preparation of reports of daily meetings.
- Visit clients and suppliers for audits.
- Participation in customer quality audits.
- Control of the correct development of quality audits.
- Management of NCM- external / internal / suppliers.
- Control of quality indicators, analysis and continuous improvement.
- SPC.
- Control of calibration equipment - RR studies.
- Management of non-conforming products, selections and rework.
- ISO / IATF - support.
- Train workers and their team on quality issues.
- R @ R - For new projects.
- Management of quality instruments.
- Participation in SQB / KSW projects.
- Create quality instructions and procedures.
- Manage and supervise the correct application of ISO 14001 procedures for the Environment.
- Motivate and Lead the Quality and Environment team.

Minimum requirements:
- Mechanical Engineer or similar.
- 5 to 10 years experience in a Quality and Environment department of an Industrial company. If possible in an automotive company.
- Minimum 2 years working as Director of Quality and Environment.
- Experience in leadership of work teams.
- Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality systems ISO-IATF / 14001.
- English fluently spoken and written.
