For important company in the fertilizer sector present in more than 60 countries and with 6 subsidiaries worldwide located in Alicante, we are looking for a responsible for business development. Depending on the Marketing Director, his main mission will be to implement and develop a plan to expand the company to new countries worldwide.

The main functions of the person responsible for business development are:
- Represent the company on a national and international level, identifying the needs of the clients in each of the countries.
- Realization, execution of the annual budget and control of expenses according to budget.
- Definition of commercial strategy and action plans for commercial development in each country.
- Follow up on events (field days, fairs, etc.).
- Management of pricing policies in each area with an emphasis on profitability.
- Track orders in connection with the departments of logistics, production, quality and records.

Minimum studies
- Agronomic Engineering.
- Degree in Foreign Trade.
- Valued Master in MBA, Commercial or Marketing.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions with high commercial orientation.
- Experience in the fertilizer / nutrition sector.
- Availability to travel between 40% and 50% of the time both nationally and internationally.
- Previous experience in international environment.
- Residence near the work station. (Preferably Murcia, Alicante, Valencia).
Minimum languages
- English: Advanced.
- Spanish: Native.
