Company of consolidated trajectory in the Food sector and in an important phase of growth at the national level, it needs to incorporate a Personnel Selection and Training Technician, in direct dependency of the Department Manager.

Functions:
- Management of the selection processes defined in the HR management plan.
- Reception, incorporation and follow-up of new incorporations.
- Management of the training plan of the company (detection of training needs, design of the training plan, management of training actions and monitoring).
- Collaboration with the department in improvement development projects.
- Support to the department in other functions.

Minimum studies
- Degree in Psychology or Labor Relations.
- Valuable complementary training in Management and / or HR Management.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 4 years developing similar functions.
- Experience in the food industry sector will be valued.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: native.
- Native Spanish.
- English: intermediate - advanced (First Certificate).
