For an important multinational company in the Automotive sector, we selected a Financial Controller who will be responsible for the administrative, financial and operational management of the Spanish and Portuguese branch, based in Granollers (Barcelona). The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and finance, in tax administration, payroll (an external company will be supported), financial reporting, rolling forecast and business administration.
Main tasks and responsibilities: - Presentation of the reports to the regional financial manager, based in Milan, and to the director of the sales center in Spain. - Maintenance of the general ledger, including the publication of all invoices for purchase and sale, nominal daily, etc. - Summary of all transactions processed. - Processing of payments to all creditors and purchase invoices for non-commercial creditors. - Account management, which includes balance reconciliation, inter-company accounts, payment tracking. - Control and monitoring of credits. - Quarterly management accounts for the parent company. - Elaboration, together with the director of the sales center, of the annual budget, forecasts and financial reports. - Be the liaison with the auditors to complete the accounts for presentation to headquarters.

Minimum experience
- Essential experience in the SAP ERP system.
- Experience in multinational environments is required.
- Very valuable experience in HR.
- High english level.
- Good knowledge of local, financial and accounting laws.

- Catalan and/or high or native Spanish.
