Offer description
For a real estate construction company located in Barcelona, we need to incorporate a management secretary.

Its functions will be:
- Plan, organize and control the economic activities of the company.
- Coordinate the work with the accounting, HR, Data Protection and Occupational Risk departments.
- Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, etc. -
Track production processes and analyze performance.
- Manage the organization, relations with clients and collaborating companies and assistance to the General Director.
