Offer description
SMEs with a consolidated track record in the Food sector (production of dairy products), distinguished by the quality of their products and in an important phase of growth, it is necessary to incorporate the figure of a Assistant to SME Management to collaborate with the property in the growth and development of the organization.

Its main tasks and functions will be:
- Collaborate with Management in establishing objectives and general strategies of the company in the short, medium and long term.
- Assume responsibility for the company's income statement, with special emphasis on Commercial Management (negotiation of commercial agreements with Major Accounts and distributors in the Retail and/or Horeca channel).
- Create, adapt and optimize processes, procedures and workflows.
- Lead the team to achieve the defined objectives.

It requires:
- Experience in management position, Assistant to SME Management and/or Commercial and Marketing Management of food company.
- Knowledge of the Great Distribution and/or the dairy sector, dairy products, sausages and/or tanned products.
- Leadership and team management capacity, analytical capacity and strategic vision, results orientation and continuous improvement.

Minimum studies
- Degree / Degree in Business Administration.
- Degree / Degree in Agronomic Engineering.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Sciences.
- It will be evaluated positively: Postgraduate / Master in Business Management and Marketing or MBA.
Minimum experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Administration Manager, Deputy to Management, Commercial Management and/or Commercial Management in companies of the Food sector (Retail) and/or Horeca.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: native.
- Native Spanish.
- English: intermediate - advanced (First Certificate in English).
Assessable requirements
- Conocimiento del tejido social, político y empresarial de la Cataluña central.
- Conocimiento y/o formación relacionada con la gestión de explotaciones ganaderas.
