Company of consolidated trajectory in the sector of the furniture and in important phase of growth at international level, needs to incorporate a / a Technician of Control of Quality for his plant of Osona.
Its main tasks and functions will be the following: - Conduct quality inspections of raw materials and critical purchase items. - Carry out the inspections of all the lots by sampling and flying control of both the productive phases and the finished product, where the manufactured lots are sampled. - Register the quality controls in a system integrated to the productive system of the plant, through an application by Tablet. - Supervise that the operators do the defined self-control, through their records, when the production fly control is carried out. - Elaborate the internal and external non-conformities to suppliers, as well as make the subsequent claim of response on the analysis of causes and corrective actions. - Complete the incidences of customers transmitted by the Commercial Department, carry out the corresponding analysis of causes and determine the corrective and improvement actions that are agreed in the periodic meetings of continuous improvement with factory personnel, OT, ... - Carry out the periodic reports of monitoring of quality parameters.
It is required: - Methodical person, responsible, and involved with the work. - Skill in the use of Microsoft Office (word and excel) and email. - Availability to work on a continuous schedule (from 6 am to 2 pm, with availability to extend the schedule in the case of punctual work overloads).

Minimum studies
- Training in CFGS (technical branch) or similar.
- Higher Grade Training Cycle (CFGS) in Product Development in Carpentry and Furniture and /or similar.
- Middle Grade Training Cycle (CFGM) in Carpentry and Furnitureand / or similar.
- University education in Technical Engineering and / or similar will be positively valued.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 2 years will be positively evaluated, developing tasks and functions similar to those described, as well as knowledge of the ISO 9001 norms.
- Knowledge of carpentry, furniture manufacturing and / or similar will be positively valued.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: advanced.
- English: intermediate (ability to understand some documents of import material that can be in English).
