Offer description
Important multinational franchise company located in Spain a is looking for a Business Developer (B2C) for the French market. Its mission will be to contribute to market leadership, maximize growth and boost the company's results in the French market. He/She will be responsible for the operations and expansion of the market, focusing mainly on the B2C business.

Operations and commercial management tasks:
- Detect commercial and marketing needs, propose solutions and implement them.
- Plan and organize special sales programs and associations.
- Direct and supervise operational and administrative procedures.
- Direct and manage activities and sales platforms (mainly B2C).
- Explore and exploit new commercial channels. Develop collaborations with potential partners at the regional / national level
- Manage budgets, control expenses and control the efficient use of resources.
- Provide commercial advice to the centers:
- Establish commercial objectives of the country and the units to be met and accompany in achieving them.
- Supervise compliance of the centers in the processes established by the company.
- Transfer the needs identified in the market for better results.
- Inform the company of the key indicators of the activity.

Public relations tasks:
- Company representative at fairs, events, conferences or other forums ...

Market Development Support tasks:
- Detect business growth opportunities.
- Support for candidates for franchisees in the search and negotiation of premises and negotiations.
- Monitoring and reporting of established KPIs.

Regarding skills and abilities, it is requiered:
- Good communication.
- Organizational, planning and analysis skills.
- Results oriented.
- Ability to sell, negotiate and manage conflicts.
- Availability to travel: France and Spain (80%)
- Location: indifferent but located in Spain.

Minimum studies
University degree related to business, marketing and / or sales, finance, or similar.
Minimum experience
Minimum experience of 5 years in the commercial and/or business development area, valued in the franchise sector, international business development, or similar.
Minimum languages
French: native
Spanish: high (C1)
Knowledge of English will be positively valued.
