Its functions will be: - Survey, analysis, optimization and process improvement. - Preparation of presentations and process analysis documents, clear, concise and structured, writing technical reports. - Provide support to senior consultants. - Process modeling, in definition / monitoring of indicators (productivity, quality, etc.), establishment of SLAs and KPIs - Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions and improvements through these data.
