Our client, a maintenance and cleaning services company, seeks an Administrative profile depending on the Operations department, to join a new and ambitious national expansion project.
For this we want a person with experience in the services sector, with the ability to work under pressure and high level of empathy.

The main functions will be:
- Service planning, development of plans and work routes
- Provide administrative support to the company's Service Managers and tasks related to quality controls
- Control of delivery notes and the service management program
- Implementation of monthly reports for customers and collection of all incidents that occur. Attention both online and telephone and conducting satisfaction surveys
- Access control in the workplace
- Support the human resources department, publication of offers and conducting interviews to cover casualties

Minimum studies
FP or university degree.
