Etalentum Selección, a company in full expansion both nationally and internationally, is looking for a franchise for the new Toledo office. Etalentum is a company dedicated to the selection of personnel around the world. We have offices throughout Spain that cover, each one of them, the geographical area assigned exclusively.

Due to the high demand for our services in the area, we have planned the opening of a new office in the coming months. Our franchisees are enterprising people, with a clearly commercial profile, eager to manage their own business and who want to join a team of high-level professionals. We are looking for people with passion for sale, with business management skills and who can not do enough for their clients.

The main functions of the franchisee are:
- Start-up of the new office with all the support of the Etalentum Franchises team.
- Management of the company.
- Management of the team of consultants of the office.
- Recruitment of new clients and customer loyalty of Etalentum in the area.
- Promotion of Etalentum services in the exclusive area.
- Visit to the customers of the area and negotiation to close the sales.
- Collaborate in carrying out the selection processes of hired personnel, in collaboration with the consultants team of your office.
- Closure of client/candidate contracts.

Minimum studies
- Higher professional education or university education in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Psychology or similar.
Minimum experience
- Extensive experience is required in attracting new clients and negotiating budgets with the client.
- Previous experience in the human resources sector will be valued.
Minimum languages
- Native Spanish.
- Advanced English.
