For an established international trading company and family office based outside Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk with experience in accounting to work in their offices located near the city of Zurich (Switzerland).

Main duties:
- Help in the execution of the full-cycle accounting processes together with Financial Director (monthly and yearly process).
- Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, ensuring integrity of all information.
- Support developing, implementing, upgrading accounting procedures, financial systems and controls and compliance.
- Support to the Financial Director in administrative-financial matters
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing MD`s calendar and schedules
- Scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
- Ad-hoc requirements by the company from time to time.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.

Requirements:
- Interest in building an international professional career.
- Availability to move to Switzerland (the reallocation of the selected candidate will be provided).
- Ambition, hardworking, business orientation, and can-do attitude.
- Very good level of English and German (C1 or C2).
- Driving license required.

Estudios mínimos
- ADE, BA, Economics Finance, or related studies.
- Master in accounting is a plus.
Experiencia mínima
- 2 years experience in accounting department within multinational companies.
- Used to work in English and/or German.
Idiomas mínimos
- Español: nativo.
- English: high (C1/C2).
- Deutschkenntnisse auf dem Niveau B2.
