Our client, an international technology company specialized in secure digital transactions and cryptography, needs to incorporate an experienced Account Manager.
At this position you will be responsible for developing strong relationships, answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. (Mostly big B2C companies such as banks, insurance companies, etc.)

Key responsibilities:
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts with initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Acting as a liaison between the client and departments within the company to make certain everything gets done in an accurate, timely manner.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue forecast.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

Estudios mínimos
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
Experiencia mínima
- 5 years prior experience in a sales role, ideally within software
