Our client is a global organisation based near Barcelona (Terrassa). As a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of industrial equipments, they utilise their global presence to deliver a world class customer experience.

Job Description:
The position requires skills in contacting many prospects and lost costumers in a professional and considerate manner, to develop valuable customer relationships designed to increase profitable sales within the assigned regions and in mapping the customer profile in CRM database, as well as to speak native Dutch and fluent English (company language).

Key responsibilities will be:
-Engage prospects one-on-one in order to move them to the next step in the buying process.
-Engage lost customers.
-Prospects/Lost Customers research.
-Research on company customers (other divisions) with potential for CAF/PF.
-Create qualified Sales Leads for the Aftermarket Representative Team.
-Independently plan and schedule prospecting calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact.
-Assistance to Ecom Customers through Click-To-Chat Service.
-Action on commercial and promotional campaigns.

Your profile:
-A commercial extravert person that is driven by sales, with a good ability to make the first contact and engage prospects.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
-Telephone contact skills are requested for this job.
-Ability to understand the market requirements and our solutions.
-Having good technical skillset to understand our products for a first level of immediate. customer responses will be required.
-Agile on Microsoft Office tools & CRM & Click to chat.

JOB OFFER:
-A permanent full-time position.
-Schedule: 8 - 17h (1h flexibility), Monday - Friday. Short shift on Friday, 8 - 15h.
-WFH policy will be applied after the initial training (1 month), working remotely 2-3 days per week.
-Competitive fix salary + variable salary (Monthly payable), the first 6 months we guarantee 75% of the variable salary.
-Shuttle from Bcn (Plaza España) to our office (Terrassa).

Estudios mínimos
-High School degree or equivalent through experience.
Experiencia mínima
-1-3 years of experience in an Internal Sales / Sales Support function.
Idiomas mínimos
-Native Dutch as well as fluent English (company language).
