Family hotel group with more than 30 years of experience in 4 and 5-star hotels located in the north of Mallorca, needs to incorporate a Corporate Director of Marketing, whose main objective will be to develop and implement the identity strategy of a young brand , which is committed to quality and a taste for a job well done, with a growth projection; under the supervision of the Group's Executive Board, on which it will depend; guaranteeing the fulfillment of its maxim: the attitude of service and the ability to recognize the needs of others, making the guests' personal vacation dreams come true; managing a team of two people.

As Marketing Director, your main tasks and functions will be:
- Development and implementation of the marketing plan according to the assigned budget, ROI analysis and evaluation.
- Research and benchmarking of the hotel sector.
- Development of communication campaigns, both nationally and internationally; collaborating with communication agencies.
- Coordination and support with the sales area and its lead creation tactics; as well as with the other corporate áreas, to ensure the solid positioning of the brand.
- Development and supervision of the marketing strategy and content on social media.

Estudios mínimos
- Bachelor or Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar.
- Master in Marketing, MBA with intensification in Marketing or Postgraduate training specialized in Marketing.
Experiencia mínima
Minimum experience of 5 years is required, preferably in the hospitality sector, performing the functions described.
Idiomas mínimos
- Advanced Spanish and English, professionally, orally and in writing. You will have regular and direct contact with internationals, so proficiency in English at an advanced level (C1 or C2) is essential.
- Native or advanced command of German will be highly valued.
