We are looking for an administrative assistant to work for a UK subsidiary of an important Spanish software company.
While the position offers telecommuting, it will be preferable if you live near Richmond area (West London) as you will be required to come to the office occasionally.

Duties:
- Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and to the Managing Director of the company.
- Manage relevant bureaucratic issues related to local administrative matters (UK).
- Preparing presentations and managing the day-to-day operations of the UK office, and giving support to the Madrid office in remote.
- Translating documents/articles.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.

Estudios mínimos
Studies related to business administration will be an asset, but candidates with other studies will not be discarded.
Experiencia mínima
- 2 years prior experience in a same role, ideally within software company.
Idiomas mínimos
- Español: Will be valued but is not required.
- English: Bilingual
