We are looking for one of our customers in retail a strategic leader to take on the role as a Talent Manager in Barcelona for the team from Spain and Portugal.

A Talent Manger will be the responsible for the Talent Strategy within the Sales Market working closely with both Central HR team and HR Business partners to develop the best talents across Spain & Portugal.
We are seekingfor someone with the capacity to generate an impact on the Sales Market through the development of the best teams, join us and take part in setting how we work to deliver an outstanding omni offer for our customers.


Key responsibilities include:
-Follow a values based leadership: Coaching, developing and supporting HR Business partners to improve talent development methodology used at the Sales Market level, working closely with and collaborating with HR Manager, Central HR Team and Regional HR team for talents talks/calibration, succession planning and international deployments of key talents suitable to take on a Regional key role, and creating an inclusive culture built on companmy values by diverse talent planning and effective succession for local key roles.
-Develope a talent vision, strategy & goals: Set the Market talent strategy, lead and support implementation of their approach to Talent management including talent vision goal, and in line with business plan, support business needs driving and supporting implementation of talent best practice, tools and processes in your Sales market, analysis and follow up of talent KPI's linked to competence need, key role readiness and diverse representation for all business areas in your Market.

Required skills and experience:
Minimum 2/3 years experience of working with talent management as well as leadership experience
Experience in setting and supporting implementation of strategies and driving results within the HR function
High performance with exceptional results in actual role
High fluency in English, both written and verbal
