For a European company with a long history of more than 50 years as MRO for major airlines, specialising in the maintenance of a wide variety of aircraft (mainly Airbus, Boing) we are looking for an Airport Maintenance Engineer with B1/B2 licences to be based in their facilities at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas airport.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure on-time performance of customer aircrafts
- Perform inspection, repair and modification work as well as component replacement based on current authorization and training level
- Ensure that aircraft is operating in airworthiness conditions
- Responsible for the standard of work
- Keep all airworthiness data up-to-date according to actual revision
- Ensure full adherence to maintenance, company and customer procedures to high quality standards
- Be in charge of completion and on-time delivery of maintenance tasks on the SRT customer aircrafts in compliance with the contracted services and customer expectations
- Communicate at all times with customer liaison engineers, MCC and customer service reps to ensure that they are fully informed of any developments
- Comply with regulatory rules and regulations
- Ensure hygiene and environmental protection according to procedures
- Ensure the equipment, tools and premises are maintained to satisfactory standard and that discrepancies are reported to the appropriate departments, both inside and outside of the company
- Deliver highest level of health & safety and quality standards in industry
- Improve work environment, comply with continuous improvement standards
- Assists the Shift-Leader / Supervisor
- Ensure clear communication and reporting

Your profile
- Holder of a Valid B1 and/or B2 EASA Part-66 License with following Aircraft types ratings: A330 CEO/NEO, RR & PW, A350 RR, A380 GP & RR, B777 RR & GE, B787 RR & GE
- Hold type ratings for A319/20/21 CFM-56; B767 (GE)
- Experience working in an Aviation MRO environment
- Working knowledge of health, safety and quality procedures
- Good command of verbal and written English, Level B2.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Positive attitude and solution-orientated
- High degree of customer focus, both internal and external
- Demonstrate good communication and team-oriented profile
- Must be able to work shifts including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays
- Holder of a full driver?s license which will allow airside driving in UK
- Proven ability to work under pressure

Estudios mínimos
- Training necessary to get a Valid B1 and/or B2 EASA Part-66 License
Experiencia mínima
- At least two years of experience as a B1 and/or B2 qualified TMA.
