Accountant

For a contract management company operating globally, we are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Internal Accountant. The job will be based in Barcelona.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation and electronic submission of all monthly, quarterly and annual declarations to Spanish Authorities: 111 IRPF, 303 IVA, 349 Operaciones intracomunitarias, 200 Impuesto de Sociedades, 190 IRPF, 347, 390 IVA.
- Software Gestor SII.
- Team work with the financial department keeping the company's accounts (approximately 200 invoices issued and 200 invoices received, invoices issued and 200 invoices received monthly)
- Contractors accounting (quarterly self-employed declarations)
- Communication and coordination with internal departments.
- Daily use of Microsoft Office package for correspondence, document management and spreadsheets.

Is required:
- At least one year of experience as an accountant or similar position.
- Advanced level of English.
- Excel proficiency is a must.
