A technology company specialised in secure digital transactions and cryptography, with a strong R&D component, with an international presence, needs to incorporate an IT Support Specialist.
Due to our growth, we are looking for An IT Support Specialist responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through 1st and 2nd line IT support. This involves laying out the query escalation process for troubleshooting and ensuring that the helpdesk system remains fit for purpose as technology evolves.

Responsibilities:
-Assessing the technical needs of clients
-Resolving system and application issues
-Query extraction and API-related implementation support
-Occasionally working with third parties to rectify issues.
-Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process
-Measure service satisfaction levels
-Identifying gaps in the support process and amending it accordingly

Estudios mínimos
- Higher technical education (Engineering, Vocational Training, etc.)
- Master's degree in a related field preferred.
Experiencia mínima
- At least 4 years experience in this field.
- Desirable: Knowledge or interest on Web Applications with ASP.NET (C #), .NET CORE.
- Knowledge or interest on cloud solutions: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, etc.
- Agile Methodologies: SCRUM
- An interest in code, Python or advanced SQL
- SQL database and APIs knowledge
- Knowledge of JSON
- Exposure to industry messaging formats such as FIX or SWIFT
Idiomas mínimos
- Good level of English: C1.
