A SaaS international technology company specialised in secure digital transactions working for big corporations worldwide, is looking to incorporate a Channel Manager to work from London or Madrid.
In this position, you will be responsible for generating business through an indirect channel, establishing a joint strategy with partners, as well as finding the right partners, providing training and monitoring sales.

Tasks:
Establishing effective working relationships with partners to foster collaboration and cooperation
Negotiating contracts with new partners
Providing training and support to new partner recruits to ensure they are able to effectively sell the company products or services
Monitoring partner performance to ensure they are meeting sales quotas and maintaining customer satisfaction
Motivating and coaching partner employees to help them meet their goals
Evaluating the performance of existing channel partners, suggesting improvements where necessary
Establishing and maintaining effective communication with partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Monitoring competitors activity in the industry to identify opportunities for market share growth

Estudios mínimos
Bachelor degree in marketing, business or a related discipline.
Experiencia mínima
Min. 3 years of experience as a Channel/Partner Manager
Idiomas mínimos
- English: C1
- Spanish: B2 desirable
