A SaaS international technology company specialized in secure digital transactions working for big corporations worldwide, needs to incorporate a Sales Leader to work from London or Madrid.
In this position, you will work closely with the company?s CEO, to whom you will report to, and cross-functionally with teams across the company.

You will be responsible for coordinating the sales team, ensuring the team's quotas are met whilst supporting the salesforce.

The successful candidate will have excellent sales, leadership and strong customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge and understanding of the company?s platform technical aspects of the and value proposition.

Tasks:
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
- Serve as the primary driving force in the company?s revenue and customer success objectives through the attainment of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.
- Contribute and coordinate RFIs and RFPs with quality responses for any integrated solution requirements.
- Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans.
-Business performance reporting (adoption of integrations) and revenue analysis for key clients on an ongoing basis.
- Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor´s analysis.

Estudios mínimos
Studies required:
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Sales or related discipline.
Experiencia mínima
Experience required:
- 5 years prior experience in a sales role, ideally within software, especially in SaaS companies
