Expanding international hotel group needs to hire a maintenance manager for its hotel complex located in Mallorca, reporting directly to the Hotel Management.
The person we are looking for has to speak English at a professional oral and written level, have leadership skills, be used to delegating, be organized and empathetic, capable of promoting the cooperation of their team, offering them satisfaction to ensure optimal performance.

Its functions will be:
- Supervise the correct preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of the establishments under his responsibility to guarantee the service offered to the client.
- Ensure the conservation of the facilities of the establishments.
- Comply with the procedures and guidelines defined by the property, coordinating it with the management of the hotels.
- Ensure the necessary supply for the maintenance and proper functioning of the facilities.
- Assist the client in possible incidents of air conditioning, electricity, plumbing services... that may arise during their stay at the hotel.
- Lead the team under his responsibility, transmitting the information of the communications that may affect the personnel of his department; Carrying out all the procedures related to permits, schedules or any other and promoting a good environment.

Is required:
- Residence in Mallorca or immediate availability to reside on the island.
- Professional Installer/Maintenance cards for electricity, air conditioning, gas, electronics; as well as those related to legionella, phytosanitary, pool maintenance.
- Organizational, planning and negotiation skills; as well as working independently.
- Knowledge of current regulations in public buildings and hotels.
Estudios mínimos
- Engineering.
- CFGS in Electricity and Electronics; Assembly and Maintenance of Building Facilities and processes or similar.
Experiencia mínima
Previous experience in the same functions of 3 to 5 years is required, in 5*GL hospitality establishments.
Idiomas mínimos
- Spanish.
- English at a professional oral and written level, since it is the vehicular language internally.
