Multinational company in the educational sector that help Universities connect with future students, it?s located in Valencia, needs to incorporate an Events Coordinator for its offices in Valencia. The successful candidate will manage events for the Universities in Spain and South America and must have strong organizational and negotiation skills and as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
- Correspondence with school staff and students from Latin America.
- Planning and coordination of virtual events worldwide.
- Planning and coordination of in-person events in the assigned countries.
- Working with the virtual community of students: engaging in social media, cooperating with the Digital team for the blog content.
- Collaborating with the Digital and Sales team for the successful conduction of events.

Estudios mínimos
- Bachelor of Business Management or similar field.
Experiencia mínima
- At least 2 years of experience in events management in educational sector and 5 years of experience in multinational company.
Idiomas mínimos
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
