We are looking for a Finance Analyst (Power BI) to join to a fast-growing specialty finance company, founded in 2014. The company provides a range of solutions to small and medium-sized companies in Iberia and UK. To-date have funded over 50 companies with a total of €300 million under management. We have offices in Madrid and London. The position will be based in Madrid.

You will be responsible for sourcing, monitoring, and maintaining performance data as well as using this data for a alytical purposes. You will ensure data is validated and error-free and communicate the results directly to the Operations Director. You will be expected to participate in and lead process improvement projects, with the opportunity to work on multiple different projects at the same time. You will also be responsible for responding to inquiries from new and existing clients, as well as coordinating interactions within Partners group and with other third parties.

Role Responsibilities:
? Produce investor reports regularly both mandatory or ad-hoc and support the Product Management team and Investments team on the relationship with the investors.
? Manage the relationship with the credit agencies, ensuring the ratings are obtained in time with a clear representation of the companies.
? Maintain and improve our IT system and its database with development of automatizations to ensure the process are run correctly and with no errors.
? Daily communication with borrowers to ensure the reporting requirements are met in an adequate manner. And that the covenants of the contract are met.
? Support investments team in the relationship with clients.
? Support finance team in modelling, complex tasks and cashflow reports to investors.
? Maintain monitoring procedures and report results to the Operations Director.
? Attend conferences and meetings related to Operations when appropriate.
? Support internal control procedures including KYC and ALM and liaise with external providers.
? Proactively challenge areas where operations and data processes can be improved and implement those changes.
? Assist ad-hoc projects, such as disaster recovery planning or office infrastructure needs.

Estudios mínimos
? Business Administration or related studies.Possitive value to Master's degree in economics.
Experiencia mínima
? 1?4 years of work experience in operations department after completing an undergraduate degree or master.
Idiomas mínimos
? Fluency in Spanish and English.

? Proficiency in Excel, Python or other object-oriented program language and SQL or related database management language. Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
? Can handle multiple queries and multi-task.
