A well-established and growing company specialized in organizing corporate events such as team-building activities for businesses and family activities is looking to incorporate an Event Coordinator into its team. If you are an enthusiastic and organized person with a passion for event management and excellent communication skills, this is your opportunity!

Job Responsibilities:
- Support in analyzing and responding to client requests and requirements.
- Assist in preparing and following up on offers and budgets.
- Collaborate in planning and coordinating logistical aspects of events, ensuring smooth execution. This includes preparation, materials, equipment, setup, assembly,and disassembly.
- Coordinate with external providers and support the team in supervising service execution.
- Manage reservations and event-related administrative tasks.
- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing communication through social media and other channels.
- Provide general support to the event coordination team throughout all stages of the event.

Estudios mínimos
-Higher education, preferably in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or similar fields.
Experiencia mínima
-Up to 3 years of experience in event planning companies, hospitality, tourism, or
similar industries.
-A creative individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Comfortable speaking in public and dealing with clients.
-Valid driver?s license.
-Flexible schedule availability (including occasional evenings and weekends).
Idiomas mínimos
-Bilingual in Spanish and English (mandatory); additional languages are appreciated.
