Our customer,a fast growing company dedicated to the luxury watches and jewelry sector is seeking to recruit a creative and versatile Art Director/Graphic Designer to lead its visual content production. It is also a lifestyle Brand fusing captivating intensity with Swiss obession to detail, creating wearable pieces of art that become an integral part of the personality of their clients. As a multi-talented creative professional, you'll conceptualize, design, and produce outstanding visual assets across all our digital and physical channels. You'll be the driving force behind our brand's visual identity, creating everything from static images to dynamic video content.
As the Art Director/Graphic Designer reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will be:
? Design and produce high-quality visual assets including images, videos, GIFs, and animations for multiple platforms.
? Create compelling banners and ad creatives for paid media campaigns across various channels.
? Develop engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and platform optimization.
? Design visual assets for website updates, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.
? Design visual assets for printed media, OOH, and any other non-digital channels.
? Collaborate designing physical brand touchpoints including packaging, point-of sale materials, event collateral, and luxury presentation materials.
? Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.
Required:
? Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
? Experience with video editing and motion design (GIFs, short-form video content).
? Understanding of design principles for different platforms and formats.
? Experience designing for both digital and physical/printed media.
? Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across static and motion graphics, digital and print.

Estudios mínimos
Bachelor's degree and/or specific courses related to the position.
Experiencia mínima
? 5+ years of experience in art direction or graphic designRequired
? Experience in the luxury industry for e-commerce, ideally jewelry, watches, or high end fashion.
Idiomas mínimos
Professional-level bilingual Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Requisitos valorables
? Experience with paid media best practices and platform specifications.
? Knowledge of current social media trends and content formats.
? UX/UI design experience or understanding of user-centered design principles.
? Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
? HTML/CSS understanding.
? Basic photography and videography skills.
