Our client, a leading European company in the horticulture industry, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their BA Global Customer Service team based in Villafranca, Spain.
This role is key in ensuring smooth international order flow, high-quality customer service, and efficient coordination between production, logistics, and sales teams across multiple countries.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor BA Global, you will be responsible for managing the full order-to-delivery process for international customers. This includes handling offers and orders, preparing export documentation, and ensuring that production and shipment schedules are correctly aligned across multiple factories and logistics partners.
You will act as a central point of contact between customers, sales, logistics, and operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
-Processing customer offers and orders accurately and efficiently.
-Providing high-level international customer service support.
-Organizing and coordinating export and shipping processes, prioritizing according to needs and urgencies.
-Coordinating production schedules with the 5 main factories.
-Liaising with logistics coordinators to ensure timely shipments.
-Acting as a key communication link between customers, sales, logistics, and operations.
-Ensuring smooth order flow from request to final delivery.
-Understanding and applying customer requirements according to the different regulations and needs of more than 100 countries where the company operates.
-Supporting continuous improvement in customer service processes.
Estudios mínimos
-Education or training in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields is valued.
-Vocational training or equivalent practical experience will be considered.
-Relevant experience in customer service, export operations, or administrative/logistics roles is highly appreciated
Experiencia mínima
-Experience in international customer service.
-Experience in export operations, logistics, or order management is highly valued.
-Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems is highly desirable.
Idiomas mínimos
-Fluent English (written and spoken) ? mandatory. The working language of the role is mainly English.
-Spanish proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
