A technology company specialised in secure digital transactions and cryptography, with a strong R&D component, with an international presence, needs to incorporate a Technical Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will provide internal support to employees in the configuration of computer equipment commonly used in a workstation (Windows, Office, PC, Laptop, etc.). He/she will also be in charge of providing external support to customers (N2).
To be successful in a job like this, it is important to have good communication skills, as well as being a proactive and decisive person.

Responsibilities:
- Provide external technical support to clients through our platform (training provided by the company).
- Provide internal technical support to the company: Office 365, Salesforce, JIRA, printers, equipment configuration, etc.

Estudios mínimos
- Higher technical education (Engineering, Vocational Training, etc.)
- Master's degree in a related field preferred.
Experiencia mínima
- At least two years of experience in a technical support department.
- Extensive experience in the area is desired.
Idiomas mínimos
- Good level of English: C1.
