We are searching for a SALES DIRECTOR who combines our Corporate Values such as being a CUSTOMER PARTNER and SOLUTION PROVIDER, an entrepreneurial mindset and inspiring management tools!

The role:
-Management of the Sales Team in a professional and disciplinary manner as well as operative doing of sales and marketing (sales not only of components, but of complete
solutions)
- Development and implementation of brand-, price-, and growth strategies in accordance with the strategy of the group of companies as well as local requirements
- Design and implementation of product/services launches and marketing campaigns
- Continuous market monitoring in order to identify future potentials and/or threats
- Commercial responsibility for the Sales department and results
- Leadership, development, coaching and motivating the sales team
- Continuous improvement of efficiency and processes which includes to make use of the chances in terms of digitalisation
-Close cooperation with the headquarters in Germany

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
- Ability to set up efficient structures and processes that are a basis for superior performance as well as to identify business opportunities
- Passion for technic and sales in order to do strategic sales, marketing and business development as well as to generate increase of sales operatively
- High energy, integrity, loyalty, the ability to focus on essentials, to offer direction and orientation
- Ability to motivate, coach and develop staff members
- Good written and spoken English and Spanish proficiency
- Global business mindset as well as availability and willingness to travel

Estudios mínimos
- Academic level in electrical engineering with a strong commercial skill set
Experiencia mínima
- Several years of extensive experience in the electro technical sector with a strong focus on sales/marketing/business development
Idiomas mínimos
Inglés: nivel alto C1
