Company in the tourism sector dedicated to offering experiences to discover the nature of the island and promote healthy living in Ibiza, needs to incorporate an administrative, reporting directly to the Manager.

Among its main functions will be:
- Preparation of budgets and management of payments and invoices.
- Communications management via email, WhatsApp and phone.
- Coordination and management of bookings and activities agenda.
- Implementation and creation of processes for the backoffice department.
- Database administration and updating.
- Administrative support to management.
- Other tasks specific to the position.

Required:
- Technological person with a good command of Office, Google tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, Google Drive) and social media.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and/or invoicing.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Experience with clients in the luxury sector.
- Organised and committed person, as this is a start-up environment.
Estudios mínimos
CFGM/Bachelor's Degree in Administration or similar.
Experiencia mínima
One to two years' experience performing the tasks described.
Idiomas mínimos
- Spanish: Advanced level
- English: Level C1 or native, both spoken and written (the interview will be conducted in English).
Requisitos valorables
Fluency in other languages will be positively valued.
