We are hiring for a MK Specialist to expand the Marketing department of a multinational with more than 30 years of experience, located in Murcia. It is an innovative company of the industrial sector, which currently operates in more than a dozen countries.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the main functions to be developed will be:
- Project, campaign and event management.
- Mk strategy for specific countries: developing the strategic marketing plans and establish annual marketing budgets.
- Analyse metrics and results to evaluate performance and propose adjustments to results.
- Develop and implement online and offline marketing content and communication strategies: Google, Email, Social Media, SEO, Marketplaces, Catalogues and Flyers, Promotions, Point of Sale, Merchandising, Fairs and Events.
- Manage the annual marketing calendar.
- Operating with customers such as wholesalers on identifying and executing marketing, partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
- Suggest ideas based understanding of consumer behaviour, market data, retail trends and competitive landscape.

It´s required:
- Knowledge of MailChimp, Google Analytics (GA), WordPress/Prestashop, SEO, Marketplaces, Meta, PowerBI and Excel.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative MK strategies.
- Strong team working skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Adaptable to change.
- Goal and objective orientated.

Estudis mínims
-Marketing studies or similar.
Experiència mínima
-Experience in multi-channel marketing, preferably B2B or trade, at least 3 years.
Idiomes mínims
- English: native or advanced
- Spanish: native or advanced.
Requisits valorables
- Other languages skills (preferable French).
- Knowledge of editing tools.
