Key Responsibilities
- Budget Development & Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee cost control measures and evaluate financial performance throughout project lifecycles.
- Contract Administration: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
- Risk Analysis & Cost Optimization: Identify financial risks and implement cost optimization strategies.
- Reporting & Feasibility Analysis: Prepare detailed feasibility reports and conduct regular economic performance evaluations

Estudis mínims
- Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experiència mínima
- Minimum of 2-3 years? experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost management tools.
- Experience in international projects and infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of contract law and the ability to assess contract documents and requirements.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 40%) to Berlin.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels (management, clients, vendors, etc.).
- Eligibility to work in the European Union.
Idiomes mínims
- Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
Requisits valorables
- Previous experience in construction operations.
- Familiarity with BIM and planning software.
- Background in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Water & Wastewater, Nuclear, or Renewables.
