Etalentum is looking for an HR Operations & Immigration Lead for a leading multinational company in its new offices in Valencia. This on-site position combines strategic leadership and operational management to ensure efficient HR service delivery, full compliance with spanish labor and immigration legislation, and successful execution of HR projects.

The successful candidate will carry out the following tasks:
- Lead and develop a team of HR Operations and Immigration Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and service.
- Oversee key HR processes including onboarding, employee life-cycle management, and HR data administration.
- Ensure compliance with spanish labor and immigration laws, drafting and reviewing contracts and policy documentation.
- Manage employee immigration processes (work permits, visas, renewals) and coordinate with external agencies when needed.
- Collaborate closely with other HR departments and corporate functions to guarantee alignment and operational efficiency.
- Serve as an advisor on complex HR operational or legal queries and support HR transformation initiatives.

It is required:
- More than 7 years of experience in HR operations, including at least 3 years in leadership or immigration project management.
- Strong expertise in Spanish labor law and HR compliance.
- Proven experience managing HR teams, preferably in multinational environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills.

Estudis mínims
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or similar.
Experiència mínima
Minimum 7 years in HR operations, including 3 in leadership or immigration project management.
Idiomes mínims
- Spanish: fluent.
- English: fluent
Requisits valorables
- Experience with HR software (SAP, BambooHR, HiBob or similar).
- Background in multinational or shared service environments.
