We are looking for a Personal Assistant for the CEO in a consolidated Spanish software company.
Functionalities:
? Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
? Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
? Organising events and conferences.
? Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
? Creating, compiling and preparing reports based on previous market analysis and other similar information.
? Preparing presentations, replying to emails and other correspondence.
? Managing CRM and filing internal information systems. Controlling Salesforce usage of the sales department.
? Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
? Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients on behalf of executives.
? Collating and filing expenses.
? Completing some corporate governance reporting.
? Conducting research on different subjects.
? Translating documents/articles.
? Inserting social media posts on behalf of executives.
? Dealing with personal administrative matters.

Estudis mínims
- Higher degree in Secretarial Studies.
Experiència mínima
- 2 years prior experience in a sma role, ideally within software company.
