At Etalentum, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join a fast-growing international hospitality company. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the business development strategy for the company's three properties in Portugal, located in Lisbon or Porto, driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group business.
Main Responsibilities:
-Design and execute the local sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
-Prospect, acquire, and develop new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and strategic partners across Lisbon and Porto.
-Actively generate group business opportunities (Leisure, MICE, and Corporate segments), focusing on demand generation and business acquisition.
-Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and monitor competitors within the Portuguese hospitality sector.
-Work closely with Revenue Management and Hotel Management teams to align commercial efforts with pricing and operational strategies.
-Represent the company at trade fairs, workshops, fam trips, and industry events to expand business networks and strengthen brand presence.
