Offer description
Company of consolidated trajectory in the Food sector and in important phase of growth at national level, it needs to incorporate a Supply Chain Manager. Its mission will be to lead the Planning, Logistics and Picking Department, according to the indicators established jointly with the General Management.

Their tasks and functions will be the following:
- Lead the planning of the demand and production together with the Industrial Management, guaranteeing a quality service.
- Lead the organization of the daily management of supply to the factory (raw materials, packaging, labels, planning forecast, etc).
- Define the system and information flow of the departments with which it collaborates (warehouse, production, logistics, commercial and buy).
- Participate in interdepartmental work groups to propose improvements and solutions to the problems detected, according to the company's objectives.
- Direct and manage the team that leads, detecting the training and development needs of employees.
- Plan and manage the budget of the different areas that lead minimizing waste or waste.
- Evaluate, together with the Industrial Management and ID Management, the feasibility of new projects / products / systems or processes that may affect the productivity of the factory.
- Responsible for the correct delivery in time and form of the finished product to the final customer.
- Manage the stock in its optimal storage as well as ensure a good reception of it in time and form.
- Organize and develop an inventory system that allows to know the stock permanently to plan the daily purchases.
- Analyze and define the storage capacity of the plant. - Definition, monitoring and compliance of the Kpi's assigned by the General Directorate.
Minimum studies
- Higher Industrial Engineering
- Master or postgraduate in Operations Management and / or Supply Chain.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 5 or 10 years in companies of the alimentary sector developing functions similar to those described.
Minimum languages
- Catalan
- Spanish
- English (First Certificate - Advanced).
Assessable requirements
- Se valorará formación en MBA o Máster en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y/o similar.
- Certificación Lean Six Sigma
