The main functions will be:
- Support in actions that include functional hardware and software.
- System administration in Microsoft environments.

It requires:
- Proactive attitude.
- User orientation.
- Knowledge in Office 365 administration will be valued.
- Knowledge in database and SQL will be valued.
- Knowledge in scripting and programming will be valued.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and / or CRM will be valued.

Minimum studies
