For an important 4-star hotel located in Alicante, we select a Segund @ Maitre. In direct dependence on the Maitre, the selected person will be responsible for, among others, the following functions: - Manage templates: will be responsible for training, motivating and developing the skills and aptitudes of their team. - Organize and coordinate the different services of restaurants and bars. - Manage and control the processes defined for the development of the service: mise en place, refrigerators, bottle racks, etc. - Event management: checking of service and organization orders and preparing what is necessary to carry it out. - Control the quality of the service provided adjusting it to the needs and expectations of the client, following the instructions of the Maitre. - Resolution of incidents with customers. - Manage available resources efficiently.

Minimum studies
- Higher Degree Training Course in Hospitality.
- Degree in Tourism.
- Higher studies in Tourism / Hospitality.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of at least 3 years in similar positions with high customer orientation.
- Domain of the sommelier.
- Experience in team management.
- Hourly availability to work in rotating shifts.
