A multinational company in the educational sector that helps Universities connect with future students and has its headquarters in Sofia, is looking to hire an Events Coordinator for its offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing events for universities in Russian-Speaking countries as main markets and must possess strong organizational and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
Duties:
- Correspondence with school staff and students of the assigned markets.
- Planning and coordination of virtual events worldwide.
- Planning and coordination of in-person events in the assigned countries.
- Working with the virtual community of students: engaging in social media, cooperating with the Digital team for the blog content.
- Collaborating with the Digital and Sales team to successfully conduct events.

Minimum studies

- At least 2 years of experience in events management in the educational sector and 5 years of experience in a multinational company.

- Excellent level of Russian and English, written and spoken.
